We want your experience with ETHARO to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains our voluntary change-of-mind return process and how we handle damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming products.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law that applies to your purchase.
The 14-day change-of-mind return period described below is a voluntary ETHARO return benefit. It does not impose a 14-day limit on rights you may have for faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products under applicable law.
You may request a voluntary change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery.
A change-of-mind return includes situations where you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, or prefer a different product, where the item itself is not faulty or incorrectly supplied.
To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, the item must be purchased directly from ETHARO and returned complete, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition with its original product packaging where applicable.
For fragrance oils, reed diffusers, and other liquid products, change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. This condition does not apply to claims concerning damage, leakage, defects, incorrect supply, or other rights available under applicable consumer law.
Please contact ETHARO before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior instructions, or to an address not designated by ETHARO, may be refused or may not be eligible for reimbursement of return costs.

Photos or other reasonable evidence may be requested where needed to confirm the condition of an item, a delivery problem, or an order issue.
After reviewing the request, ETHARO will provide the appropriate return address and instructions if a return is required. The designated return address may differ from the sender address shown on the original parcel.
Please do not send products to any address before receiving return instructions from ETHARO.
For an approved voluntary change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless ETHARO agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been completed. You remain responsible for the return parcel until it is delivered to the designated return location, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, unsafe, or materially different from what you ordered or from its description, please contact ETHARO as soon as reasonably possible after you discover the issue.
We may ask you to provide clear photographs of:

· The shipping packaging
· The shipping label
· The complete contents of the parcel
Please keep the affected product and packaging while the case is being reviewed. Do not return or dispose of the product unless ETHARO instructs you to do so.
After the issue has been reviewed, a physical return may not be necessary. The available resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable law and may include a replacement, refund, price adjustment, or another appropriate remedy.
If ETHARO requires a return because of a verified damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, ETHARO will provide the return arrangements at no additional cost to you, or otherwise cover reasonable return costs where required by applicable law or agreed in advance.
For products that need to be returned, send the parcel only to the designated return address and follow the return instructions provided by ETHARO.
Change-of-mind returns will be inspected to confirm that the eligibility conditions above have been met. Where permitted by law, a voluntary change-of-mind return may be refused or the refund may be reduced if the product has been used, opened where opening affects resaleability, damaged after delivery, is incomplete, or has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process the refund within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, or within 3–5 business days after approval where ETHARO confirms that no physical return is required.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate the request before the order has been prepared for shipment, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched or handed to the carrier, we may no longer be able to cancel, intercept, or modify it. If you no longer wish to keep the order, please receive the parcel and follow the applicable return process rather than refusing delivery unless ETHARO instructs you otherwise.
Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and that the recipient is available to receive or collect the parcel where required.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, reasonable additional shipping, return, or carrier costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
If the carrier cannot return the parcel to ETHARO, we will review the case based on the final tracking status, the reason for non-delivery, the carrier’s available evidence, and applicable consumer law before determining any refund or replacement.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit or has significantly exceeded the estimated delivery period, please contact ETHARO before submitting a change-of-mind return request.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, or another remedy is required under applicable law, ETHARO will provide the appropriate resolution.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.
ETHARO currently offers standard international shipping to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
A destination is considered available only if it can be selected at checkout for the products in your cart and the delivery address entered. Additional destinations may be added as our logistics network expands.
The rates and delivery estimates below apply to the destinations expressly listed in this policy. If a future destination is offered under different shipping terms, the applicable rate and any destination-specific notice will be shown before payment.

The free shipping threshold is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other government-imposed charges.
Shipping rates apply per order to one delivery address. Splitting an order into multiple parcels for logistics or customs purposes will not create an additional ETHARO shipping charge.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, local carriers, public holidays, weather, peak shipping periods, remote-area service, or other events outside ETHARO’s reasonable control may cause delays.
Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services whenever available.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
International shipments may be transferred to a local postal or courier service for final delivery. Tracking events may therefore appear under more than one carrier.
Taxes, duties, customs charges, and import or clearance fees vary by destination and by the shipping service used.
United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Under ETHARO’s current shipping arrangement, import VAT and included carrier or customs processing charges are handled by ETHARO through our logistics provider. No separate UAE or Saudi VAT is added at Shopify checkout unless a different customer-facing charge is clearly disclosed before payment.
Customs duties and other government-imposed charges are separate from import VAT. Where a charge has already been collected, prepaid, or otherwise handled by ETHARO or our logistics provider, it should not be charged to you again on delivery. If a destination requires a recipient payment that is not already handled by ETHARO, we will show the applicable information at checkout or communicate it before dispatch whenever reasonably possible. If an unexpected charge is requested on delivery and you believe it should already have been handled, please contact ETHARO before payment where practicable.
Shipping, customs, and tax arrangements may change if the destination, shipping method, customs procedure, or applicable requirements change. If a destination-specific requirement identified after checkout prevents shipment, requires additional customer information, or materially changes the fulfillment requirements, ETHARO will contact you before dispatch whenever reasonably possible. If the order cannot be shipped, the affected order or item(s) will be refunded.
Please provide a complete recipient name, delivery address, postal code where applicable, and telephone number at checkout.
For deliveries to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, P.O. Box addresses are not supported by our current shipping service. A complete physical delivery address and a valid local telephone number are required.
For Saudi Arabia, a valid National Short Address is also required for delivery. The Short Address consists of four letters followed by four numbers (for example, RAGI2929). Missing or invalid address information may delay dispatch, customs clearance, or delivery.
Some destinations or carriers may not support certain other address types, including military or diplomatic addresses, parcel lockers, remote postcodes, or other restricted locations. If the selected service cannot deliver to the address provided, we may ask for an alternative address before dispatch or cancel and refund the affected order.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched or handed to the carrier.
Reasonable additional shipping, redelivery, return, or carrier costs may apply where a parcel must be resent or recovered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
International shipping availability may depend on the destination, product type, quantity, liquid volume, parcel characteristics, customs rules, and transportation restrictions.
The availability of a country at checkout does not guarantee that every product combination can be shipped through the same service. If an order requires a different eligible shipping method, split shipment, dispatch on separate days, or another fulfillment adjustment to comply with carrier or customs limits, ETHARO may make that adjustment at no additional shipping charge to you unless we contact you and obtain your agreement to a different charge. A split order may have separate tracking numbers.
If we cannot lawfully or operationally ship an item to your destination, we will contact you and refund the affected item or order.
If your order has passed the estimated delivery window, please check the latest tracking information first.
If there has been no meaningful tracking update, the parcel appears to be lost, or the order arrives significantly damaged, please contact ETHARO through our Contact page as soon as reasonably possible.
For damaged parcels, please keep the shipping packaging, shipping label, product, and clear photographs of the damage while the case is being reviewed. Please do not dispose of the affected item unless ETHARO instructs you to do so.
We will investigate with the relevant shipping provider and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.
Processing times may occasionally be extended due to temporary operational or logistical circumstances. When this applies, the estimated delivery information shown on the product page will be adjusted accordingly.
